Intense team work and leadership confidence: In charge of a cruise ship with over 100 clients and a crew of 40. Planning and leading complicated activities with respect to safety, logistics and product quality. In this job the product and solutions are delivered on-site in real-time - and team work is a key word. The product as a whole was my responsibility; to be a link between very different groups (officers, deck crew, guides, head quarters and passengers) and lead the product in the right direction. Quick adaptation to changing conditions was constantly needed, yet we had a very strict time schedule.
